RAHANA:  Hojjat al-Islam Mohammad Kazem Bahrami, head of  the Armed Forces Judicial Organization declared in his trip to the city of Ardebil  that  the primary sentence of Kahrizak accusers has been issued and the case has been sent to the Appeal Court for  final investigations.

According to Aftab news, Mr Bahrami said: “Both accusers and the plaintiff can request revision and file an appeal, and we will enforce the final sentence according to the law.”

Several detainees of 2009 presidential election aftermath were transferred to Kahrizak detention center, and according to official statistics 3 of them, Mohsen Rouholamini, Mohammad Kamrani and Amir Javadifar were killed at this detention facility. Ayatollah Khamenei ordered on closure of Kahraizak detention on July 28, 2009.
