RAHANA- Christian Citizen Fatemeh Tork-Kajouri was released from prison on $20,000 bail on Thursday July 22.

According to RAHANA’s reporter, Fatemeh Tork-Kajouri is the wife of Behrouz Sadegh-Khanjani and was arrested on 18 June 2010 along with Mehdi Karbalaei-Ali, Afshin Vafadaran and Alireza Seyedi during the raid of security agents to a religious session held at her house.

Mehdi Karbalaei-Ali and Afshin Vafadaran were released this week on $100,000 and $60,000 bail amounts, respectively. Alireza Seyedi, the other detained Christian citizen was allowed to make a phone call to his family on Thursday July 22 for the first time during more than one month.

Meanwhile, despite repeated requests, the lawyer of Behrouz Sadegh-Khanjani has not been allowed to have a visit with his lawyer, thus no information is available about his status in detention.
